my plan
- stop eating at least 2 hours before bed, preferably 4
- count to 100 before picking up a snack to make sure you’re actually hungry
- when you get “hungry,” wait until the end of the hour to make sure
- drink water when “hungry” to see if your body is actually just thirsty
- use food scale for portion control
- eat only the portion size written on the package
- drink 7-8 cups of water a day
- walk dog once a day or more
- exercise before breakfast, before dinner or when you can’t sleep
- snack on healthy things or things with few calories
- elliptical or yoga in the morning/before bed
