my plan

  • stop eating at least 2 hours before bed, preferably 4
  • count to 100 before picking up a snack to make sure you’re actually hungry
  • when you get “hungry,” wait until the end of the hour to make sure
  • drink water when “hungry” to see if your body is actually just thirsty
  • use food scale for portion control
  • eat only the portion size written on the package
  • drink 7-8 cups of water a day
  • walk dog once a day or more
  • exercise before breakfast, before dinner or when you can’t sleep
  • snack on healthy things or things with few calories
  • elliptical or yoga in the morning/before bed
