i want to be effortlessly skinny again what happened to me i want to look like tara styles in her new yoga video on youtube ): i want healthy skinny but i feel like i need to diet to start off and get there

oh and in yoga class last night it was amazing
it was a class of really pushing yourself and holding poses for a long time that were difficult for me in a regular class and then a 30 minute meditation at the end
so in most classes i have to give up on downward dog because my wrists give out but in this class i was able to hold it the entire time my whole body was quivering and it was amazing...
i’m gonna start a diet.
i’m working on boosting my muscle mass and lowering my body fat percentage and it’s easier to lose weight when you have more muscle so idk i’m just gonna go on a simple diet for now because i can’t stop binge eating and it’s been a problem for years and i need to take control of it.

yoga yesterday was so hard omg every time i start a new class it’s so hard! the first class in the series is always hardest and then it’s so much easier the next time and i can do soo much more! i’m sooo close so touching my toes i’m so excited i keep saying so in this to mean like a lot idk okay i love yoga

just stepped on the scale
133.5lbs 20.8 bmi 28.2 lbs of fat, 20.9 body fat percentage 57.7% water 7% bone
measurements: 34-29.5-39 according to my measurements i should be anywhere from a size 6 to a size 12 but those are all huge on me so i’m usually a 2/4 and my jean size is 3 long

so my calendar,
on the first day, today, i’m starting with 25 jumping jacks, 25 crunches, 3 pushups, 10 waist exercises, workout of the day, and 5 minutes of meditation. (waist exercises are linked in a previous post, they’re just exercises to pull your waist in to make it smaller. then workout of the day is where i choose one workout from my tag workout on this blog and do it.)
