i like minimal ingredients and easy.
personally, i don’t have the most choices for ingredients so if i have it i assume everyone will lol these are going to be easy, quick, perfect recipes that anyone can do.

when i started this blog, i was excited. i wanted to not only find great recipes but make them. and i’m scouring people’s blogs right now and finding some sad recipes that either sound horrible or don’t sound healthy or even low calorie and i know i can do better than that. so i’m going to.

bought two sports bras from aerie this weekend and just got compression shorts and another pair of yoga pants from old navy today and i got two tank tops for yoga as well cause i never know what to wear as a shirt lol
i seriously love old navy active wear. if you walk into a dicks you can search for a sports bra for under 25$ and never find one, you can search for yoga pants under 40 and be lost...

yesterday: c25k week 1 day 1 (gave up at 15 minutes but was also using a stair climber instead of regular ground and i have a breathing problem) today: c25k week 1 day 1 again monday: c25k week 1 day 2 tuesday: vigorous vinyasa yoga class (maybe c25k day 2 again…) wednesday: regular yoga class (maybe c25k) thursday: yoga nidra (maybe c25k) friday: maybe week 1 c25k day 3 if i have time...
